Awakening Your Energy Centers
This comprehensive course will guide you through the fascinating world of chakras, the energy centers within your body. You'll learn about the seven main chakras with mantras, their functions, and associated emotions, as well as how to balance them through meditation techniques. Through guided breath-work and visualization, experience deep relaxation, heightened awareness, and a profound connection to your inner self.
Pranayama
The Art of Conscious Breathing
You will learn eight different types of Pranayamas. This course offers a structured approach to understanding and mastering conscious breathing. It involves a variety of techniques, each offering unique benefits for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Bandhas
Energy Locks
Bandhas are practiced to redirect energy flow within the body by tightening and lifting specific muscle groups. Bandhas are used in conjunction with breath control (pranayama) and asanas (yoga postures) to direct energy to specific parts of the body.
Yog Nidra
A State of Conscious Relaxation
Often called "yogic sleep," it is a guided meditation practice that leads practitioners through body scanning, breath awareness, and visualizations. The goal is to achieve deep relaxation while remaining consciously aware.
